We absolutely loved our trip in Rwanda. It is a beautiful, amazing country with friendly and interesting people. But the trip was made exceptional by the remarkable level of service from Merarry and Paul. The planning and organization were flawless, but the execution was over the top. Everything ran smoothly and I know Merarry was constantly behind the curtains ensuring that things went well. Paul was a phenomenal guide. Not only is he an excellent driver, but he is approachable and knowledgeable. I don't know how our trip could have been improved - it exceeded our expectations. If you are considering using King's Safaris, stop your research and commit to them. You will be so happy you did! I wish there were a higher rating that 5 stars - I'd give it!

We loved our trip to Rwanda thanks to Merarry and our driver guide, Paul, with Kings Safari. It was very well planned and organized. The trip was easy and seamless for us. Seeing the gorillas in Volcano National Park was a bucket list experience. Akagera National Park was fantastic. We loved seeing the white rhinos and all of the lions. Staying at the One & Only was incredible and one of the very best places we have ever stayed and we have been to 92 countries.

Our visit to Rwanda was flawless because of excellent planning and support by Merarry. His attention to detail and personal touch was much appreciated and made our trip memorable. My trip to Rwanda was fabulous thanks to the efforts of Merrary and our driver guide, Paul. Our accommodations throughout the trip were very nice and Paul’s knowledge of the history and the wild life of Rwanda thoroughly enhanced our experiences. And of course, seeing the mountain gorillas was sublime. Every detail was taken care of by King’s Safaris… all we had to do was enjoy.

Kings Safaris is the perfect way to get around Rwanda. We had the experience of a lifetime trekking to see the Gorillas and Golden Monkey's through Merarry Kanyesigye planning and preparation. Our driver Paul was fantastic. He was so knowledgable about every question we had and really gave us an understanding of Rwanda as a whole. I could not have been happier with our experience! If you are looking for an amazing trip without worry and memories that will last a life time, look no further!

I came to Rwanda with friends who had already been many times. I had no idea what to really expect, but Merarry & Nuuru made the trip completely exceed my expectations! Traveling with Kings Safaris was the absolute best experience! Merarry could not have been easier to work with in advance of the trip - he helped craft our dream itinerary with the best itinerary and staying at the nicest hotel, was always quick to respond, and answered every question to make sure we were ready for the trip of a lifetime. While in Rwanda, our driver Moses was a pleasure to be with - he always made sure we were where we needed to be, shared great information about the history, culture, and people of Rwanda, and kept us in good spirits even when we were exhausted and muddy after hiking Mt Bisoke. You and your guides did a great job!! Your patience in answering all of our questions, Joanna and Jeremiah’s knowledge of Kigali and Rwanda! They showed us the best time! Fabulous experience! This company is first rate! We were met at the airport by a friendly and super helpful guide and met at our hotel by the owner of the company. The visit to the Genocide Museum was profound, shocking to the core, but extremely well done. We were whisked away to a delicious lunch with our guide, Joanna, who is super friendly and knowledgeable. The next few days we were with Jeremiah, one of the best guides I have experienced, anywhere in the world. He was kind, big-hearted, super smart and could answer pretty much answer any/all questions we asked him about the local area, the gorillas, the golden monkeys, Rwanda, the genocide, and of course, his personal life! We loved our two days trekking with the teams of trackers and guides to go see the gorillas, and the one day with the golden monkeys. It's a very tight operation, and we appreciated that Jeremiah advocated for us and helped manage the right trekking group for us each day. They chose the perfect accommodations for us, both were able to cater to our special dietary requirements. I would highly recommend this outfit. Very impressive all-around!

Kings Safari is top notch. Merarry had everything well organized and our trip was a dream come true. The itinerary was impeccably planned and well detailed. Our excursions were action packed and fun. The lodging was very nice and the staff delivered a great experience. The drivers (Joseph, Remy, and Edward) knew the way and were excellent spotters for wildlife. I have memories for a lifetime. When you hear the phrase "Trip of a Lifetime" it brings up many thoughts and feelings. Well, our trip to Uganda with Merarry and the team from Kings Safari's did not disappoint. It truly was a magical trip. Edward was a great "spotter" and driver. We saw so many fabulous animals and birds. The lodges, tours and boat trips were all excellent. King's Safari's made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of...thanks to the entire team. We loved it.

I had a wonderful time, and the safari/animal experience was amazing and organized. Our lodging was exceptional. Land Cruiser drivers were great and so very nice. I felt so comfortable and safe the whole time. Made new friends. Best trip ever! All was so very good. My only suggestion is more explicit information about bringing more cash and brand new dollar bills, not older and torn. Also, all the kinds of tipping so clients know more upfront have enough set a side. And how using credit card is so limited except paying hotel charges. I worried while on the trip about having enough to tip and to shop (wishing I'd brought more US dollars). Different from Europe travel. Thank you so much!

Simply excellent tour. Each park and hotel were different experience and the choice of activity superb. Our guides we knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend King's Safaris to anyone looking to explore Uganda and its treasures. You cannot visit and explore Uganda on your own, you need a guided tour to make the most of your vacation.
